Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO Lead / Program Manager to join our team and drive successful implementation projects for banks and business development team across the CEE region. If you are passionate about leading diverse project teams, ensuring seamless stakeholder communication, and supporting our onboarding processes, we want you on our team!

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years in Program Manager and/ or PMO manager role.
  • At least 7 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or project management in the payments industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Visa products and services, and the regulatory and compliance environment.
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written English (Polish or Romanian language is an advantage).
  • Experience in product implementation and certification with Visa (preferably in money movement, and commercial solutions).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex and ambiguous information into clear and actionable solutions.
  • High level of initiative, creativity, and innovation, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

What you will do:

  • Manage a portfolio of implementation projects, oversee multiple project teams, control and report statuses.
  • Ensure smooth communication between various stakeholders (business development, product, implementation specialists, bank project team, IT, product, etc.).
  • Engage with the product/ operational/ compliance teams on the client side to make sure Visa’s onboarding process is properly understood and executed upon.
  • Identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure that program goals are reached.
  • Support the implementation processes with expert knowledge (concerning Visa solutions).
  • Plan and implement organizational standards of Project Management Office (create document templates, sample documents, reporting structure) – for the Visa Managed Services activities.
  • Assure quality, high performance, and satisfaction of stakeholders.
