By developing cooperation with our partner - an international leader in the field of financial digitization, we are looking for a Business Strategy Consultant. A specialist in the organization will deal with key business aspects, providing expertise and advice on strategic aspects of the business. A strategic consultant will help our clients develop, implement, and manage effective business strategies that help them achieve their goals and thrive in a competitive environment. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Cooperation with an external client 
  • Searching, selecting, and analyzing data 
  • Working on reports (e.g. functionalities regarding the company's offer) 
  • Structuring the data 
  • Drawing and analyzing conclusions in the context of the client's situation 
  • Participating in meetings with clients (presenting conclusions, proposing solutions) 
  • Creating a schedule of activities according to the deadline 

Requirements:

  • 1 – 2 years of experience working in the consulting/strategy industry.
  • Ability to use and synthesize data to analyze business challenges and opportunities
  • Practical skills related to the analysis of financial markets, i.e. strategic analysis, efficiency improvement, restructuring, business transformation, etc.
  • Ability to manage parallel tasks/processes.
  • Skills in creating presentations/reports in PowerPoint/ Exel
  • Fluency in speaking and writing in English and Polish
  • Interested in building strategic consulting capacity
  • High-performance culture and a "can do" attitude.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of the financial and digital ecosystem
  • Experience (may be in the form of an internship or a one-time assignment) working for MBB (McKinsey & Company, BCG, Bain) or the Big Four (Deloitte, E&Y, PwC, KPMG)
