Responsibilities:
As an AI Management Consultant, you will be engaged in creating GenAI-driven solutions in cooperation with the company's Management Board and Key Customer Advisors.
Your tasks will include:
- Engage in problem-solving and brainstorming solutions for clients
- Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring smooth integration and application of Generative AI solutions.
- Lead pre-sales, sales and project meetings contributing to solutions design, offer creation and value creation to Clients.
- Conducting workshops and strategic sessions for clients aimed at design and implementation of valuable use cases for Clients
- Preparing and presenting reports, recommendations, deliverables and action plans for clients.
- Translate business goals to technical teams (data scientist and engineers) to align solution development with strategic business needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an advisory position.
- A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or consulting related field is preffered
- Interest in building the potential of strategic and technological consulting using the latest technologies.
- Ability to use and synthesize data to analyze business challenges and opportunities.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships across diverse teams.
- A strategically oriented approach, with the ability to prepare logically structured analyses.
- Ability to manage parallel tasks/processes.
- Advanced skills in creating presentations/reports in PowerPoint.
- Good presentation skills.
- Fluency in speaking and writing in English and Polish.
- High-performance culture and a "can do" attitude.
Nice to have:
- Fascination with new technologies, especially Generative AI.
- Experience working with AI technologies, in particular GenAI.
- Experience in running projects as a project manager (including IT projects).
- Data processing skills (data engineering/data science).
- Experience working for leading consulting companies (McKinsey & Company, BCG, Bain) or the Big Four (Deloitte, E&Y, PwC, KPMG).
